  • All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update prices, collections, or discontinue items without prior notice.

  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery may have longer delivery times and cannot be exchanged.

  • Images shown on the website are for reference; actual product details may slightly vary due to craftsmanship and diamond characteristics.

Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (name, email, phone, shipping address) is used only to process orders and provide customer service.

  • We do not share or sell your personal details with third parties, except as required to complete transactions (e.g., shipping partners, payment gateways).

  • Payment details are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers; we do not store your credit/debit card information.

  • Our website may use cookies to improve browsing experience and analyze site traffic.

Shipping Policy

  • We offer insured and trackable shipping within India and internationally.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on product type:

    • Ready stock items: 5–7 business days (domestic).

    • Custom or made-to-order items: 2–4 weeks.

  • International deliveries may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Exchange Policy (No Returns)

  • We do not accept product returns.

  • Ready-made jewellery can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original invoice and certificate.

  • Customized / engraved / made-to-order pieces are non-exchangeable.

  • Loose diamonds can only be exchanged in original condition with certification.

  • If the exchange item selected is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.

Warranty & Authenticity

  • All jewellery comes with a certificate of authenticity from reputed gemological labs (IGI, GIA, or equivalent).

  • Butani Jewels offers a lifetime warranty for authenticity of diamonds and a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear & tear, breakage, or misuse).
